Jigsaw Island is a mobile game developed by Wind Down Games. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
By accessing or using Jigsaw Island, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all players of the game.
Jigsaw Island is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
You may use Jigsaw Island for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree not to misuse the game, exploit bugs, cheat, or attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the game or its systems.
Jigsaw Island uses Unity Authentication to assign an anonymous player identifier. This identifier is used to manage game progress, multiplayer sessions, virtual items, and in-app purchases.
No traditional account or personal information is required to play. If you choose to use third-party login services (such as Google Play Games), their terms and privacy policies apply.
Jigsaw Island supports multiplayer gameplay with limited player interaction. Players may choose a display name that is visible to others during multiplayer sessions.
You agree not to use offensive, misleading, or inappropriate display names. Wind Down Games reserves the right to restrict access or take action in cases of misuse or inappropriate behavior.
The game includes virtual currency and virtual items managed through Unity Economy. Virtual items are non-transferable, have no real-world monetary value, and may be modified or removed at any time.
You do not own virtual items; you are granted a limited, revocable license to use them within the game.
Jigsaw Island offers optional in-app purchases processed by third-party app stores such as Google Play. Wind Down Games does not collect or store payment or billing information.
All purchases, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the app store’s terms and refund policies and applicable law.
Game progress and virtual items are stored using Unity Cloud Save and linked to your player identifier. While we strive to preserve your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss due to technical issues, service outages, or misuse.
We use Unity Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve the game. For details on data collection and use, please see our Privacy Policy.
Wind Down Games may update or modify the game, its features, or associated services at any time. Updates may be applied automatically.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Jigsaw Island if you violate these Terms or abuse the service. Termination may result in loss of access to the game, multiplayer features, cloud-saved progress, and virtual items.
Jigsaw Island is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wind Down Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the game.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
